Ingredientes:
2 Sobres de Gelatina Neutra en Polvo.
Medio Vaso de Agua Fría.
Medio Vaso de Leche Desnatada.
1 Tarrina de Queso de Untar Light.
4 Yogures desnatados de Limón.
Colorante Amarillo.
Aroma de Limón.
Edulcorante en Polvo.
2 Cucharadas Soperas de Leche Desnatada en Polvo.
1.5 de Maicena.
Preparación:
1º Poner un sobre de Gelatina Neutra en polvo, unas gotitas de colorante amarillo y 2 gotas de aroma de limón en medio vaso de agua fria. Dejar reposar.
2º Poner en medio vaso de leche desnatada el otro sobre de Gelatina Neutra en Polvo y dejar reposar.
3º Mientras, mezclar en un bol la tarrina de queso de untar light, los 4 yogures desnatados de limón, 2 gotas de aroma de limón, 2 gotas de colorante amarillo, 3 cucharadas soperas de educorante en polvo, 2 cucharadas de leche desnatada en polvo y 1,5 de maicena.
Pasar la mezcla por la batidora.
4º Meter tanto el vaso de agua como el de leche con la gelatina en el micro durante 1 minuto y medio.
5º Ir vertiendo un poquito del vaso del agua con la gelatina sobre los moldes de los pastelitos (quedando en la parte de abajo, así cuando se desmolde quedarán arriba del pastel) y dejar reposar.
6º La leche con la gelatina mezclarlo con la crema que hemos batido y batir un poquitín más. A continuación verter en los moldes (encima de la mezcla del agua con la gelatina).
7º Dejar reposar unos minutos antes de meter en el frigo, durante 2 o 3 horas. Yo lo dejaría más, porque los he tenido 2 horas y pico y cuando los he desmoldado aún estaban blanditos.
